Well done to David McQuillan last night who won the regal world rules event 16 monthly handicap!
David has joined a very short list of players that have managed to defeat Ronan Mccarthy in one of our Finals last night was Ronan’s 10th(7 WR & 3 BB) event final in the regal with only Declan Duff and David to have stopped him in a final up to now !
The handicap played a big part in this game but in many ways it add extra pressure to David as he was expected to win !!
Ronan missed a relatively easy black at one point to close the gap to only 4 racks but after that David took control well played to both men

Ronan and David play each other in the last 16 of the BB event 7 looking forward to that very soon …..
